The landlord, Lazio Development, LLC, leased the space to A1 Health and Safety, and Sew Many Things, LLC. A1 Health and Safety is an approved training center by the American Heart Association of Michigan, and are one of the largest CPR training centers in Michigan. Sew Many Things is a commercial sewing business who offers sewing classes, along with selling high end fabrics, window treatments and furniture. Al Ellis, associate of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc., represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
