Another three retailers have flocked to the Z Lot’s commercial space, with some scheduled to open as early as this summer. While Punch Bowl Social will keep things humming along Broadway Street, the new retailers—a salad shop, boutique shoe store, and yoga studio—will bring some excitement to theparking/retail development’s Library Street frontage.

SALAD: 7 Greens
Says Bedrock: A new farm to fork destination owned by long-time Detroit chef and caterer Kelly Schaefer, which offers make-your-own salads with her homemade sauces, soups, granola and sweets. Focused on fresh, fast, healthful gourmet eating, 7 Greens will be open for lunch and dinner Monday – Saturday beginning in August.

YOGA: Citizen Yoga
This Royal Oak-based yoga studio opens this fall. Its 2,300-square-foot space is the largest of the three.

According to the press release, these new tenants will gobble up a 5,200 of the Z’s 34,000 square feet of commercial space. With Punch Bowl planning to occupy all of the Broadway Street frontage, Z is left with just 8,000 square feet of available retail space. Bedrock hints that new retailers will be announced in coming months.
