The 502,308 square foot 300 River Place office building is part of the Premier Office Portfolio, owned by Detroit-based Bedrock. The portfolio is the largest collection of Detroit office buildings currently on the market. The portfolio consists of seven institutional quality office buildings totaling 4,660,245 of square feet with 1,020,382 square feet of available lease space in downtown Detroit. Friedman’s Andrew Bower, Steve Eisenshtadt, Kevin George transacted the lease on behalf of the landlord.
