Friedman was awarded the management & leasing in 2014 and has redesigned the entire office park, inside and out, transforming it into a state-of-the-art, high-tech, 21st century showplace. Every design detail has been carefully considered. The property has been repositioned with a dramatic lobby and atrium renovation. Expanded to add spacious seating areas, the lobbies incorporate new marble and ceramic tile, fieldstone accents, dramatic water features, as well as exotic trees and plantings. New amenities were added including a shared conference area, full service Café, efficient LED lighting throughout, and refurbishing of the building’s exterior and landscape enhancements.

Results

Friedman’s top-quality service and extensive improvements since taking over the management and leasing have brought the occupancy up to 90% through the leasing of over 300,000 square feet of office space. New tenants include, AGC Flat Glass, Alliance Inspection Management and IQense among others.
