Farmington Hills, Michigan (May 24, 2012) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of a 14,000 square foot industrial building, located at 1 Mountain Drive in Imlay City, Michigan. The landlord, Shango Park LLC sold the building to C & F Michigan Holdings, LLC. Friedman Broker, Larry Schultz, represented both parties in the transaction.
