Friedman Negotiates Sale of 36,500 SF R&D Office Building in Pittsfield Township
Farmington Hills, Michigan (June 26th, 2012) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leader in commercial real estate services, announces the sale of 525 Avis Drive, a 36,500 SF R&D office building located in Pittsfield Township. The seller, Genworth Special Purpose Two, LLC, sold the building to 525 Avis, LLC, an affiliate of The Hooberman Companies. Phil Konopitski, Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services for Friedman and Rick Tabbi, Associate, Brokerage Services for Friedman represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
