Friedman Negotiates Sale of 80,510 Square Feet in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Farmington Hills, Michigan (March 22, 2011) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of an 80,510 squarefoot industrial building located at 3720-3740 Lapeer Road in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The seller, Capstone Realty, Inc., sold the property to Balt Properties, LLC, d/b/a, PC Treasures. Established in 1998, PC Treasures specializes in providing consumer focused digital entertainment products, along with award winning, high quality software bundles. PC Treasures will be using this space as their new company headquarters,and to expand their operations.
