Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan.
The owner, Osprey S.A, was represented by Glenn N. DesRosiers, Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Friedman in the lease to Zebra Technologies, a distributor of bar code, plastic card printers and supplies. Mark Collins of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. “With the Michigan economy recovering, we are pleased to see Zebra Technologies enter into a location and submarket which is showing signs of improvement,” said DesRosiers.
