Farmington Hills, MI (January 21, 2011) – Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of a 24,016 square foot hi-tech/flex building located at 1849 Pond Run in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The seller, Servco, Inc., sold the building to Montaplast of North America. Founded in 1992, Montaplast is an international company specializing in the production of plastic precision parts and systems for the automobile industry. Mitchell Lipton, executive vice president of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the seller in this transaction.
