Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 10, 2012) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services announced today that it was retained by Miami-based LNR Parters, LLC for the management of two retail storage warehouses totaling 422 units in Okeechobee, Florida.
The two storage facilities are located at 2705 SR-70 West and 3050 Southwest 3rd Terrace in Okeechobee, Florida. “This assignment allows us to leverage our management platform and the team that we have built in Florida,” said Brian Bass, Vice President of Commercial Management Services at Friedman. “We look forward to applying our team’s passion and expertise with this asset.”
