Corktown Bodega will be full-service neighborhood grocery store focused on bringing fresh, affordable, and local products to Corktown. The bodega will include a full-service deli and coffee bar serving a variety of prepared foods and drinks. Dine in and outdoor seating will be provided. Retail tenants are slated to open Q3 2023.
Perennial is located 0.2 Miles from the new Ford/Google train station and adjacent to the upscale luxury hotel, The Godfrey. Friedman’s Andrew Bower and Alan Stern advised both the parties in the transaction.
