Recently featured in CultureMap Houston, Tatemó is one of Houston’s most acclaimed restaurant startups. Founded by Emmanuel Chavez and Megan Maul, Tatemó sells artisan tortillas made from heirloom corn imported from Mexico and uses a traditional nixtamalization process to create tortillas that are as flavorful as the fillings he pairs them with.
