MADISON HEIGHTS Law firm Sachs Waldman opens office in Madison Heights
Law firm Sachs Waldman, Professional Corporation, has opened an office in the City of Madison Heights. The firm, previously located in downtown Detroit, sold the large building in which it was long located. The firm is now opening two offices to accommodate its attorneys and staff: one remaining in Detroit (just east of downtown in Detroit’s Rivertown area) and the other in Madison Heights. The office in Madison Heights will be home to the firm’s employee benefits practice, while the Detroit office will be used by the firm’s union, governmental affairs and personal injury practice groups. The Madison Heights office, is at 1423 E. Twelve Mile Road in the Crown Office Village. It was extensively built-out and remodeled for the move. The firm is proud that the build-out work was done entirely with union building trades labor, and the relocation was done by members of the Teamsters union.
