Financial and Operational Analysis including; site inspections, lease file audits, surveys, environmental reports, property condition reports, title work, value add analysis, zoning reports, economic incentives, vendor contracts, mechanical systems review, ADA, etc.

Review assessments on an annual basis and determine valuation relative to market and make recommendations based on the data.

Ensure proper policies and procedures are in place to minimize risk for both liability and casualty.
