John-Paul is responsible for sourcing and facilitating acquisitions, conducting valuation analysis, due diligence, and financing activities for the acquisitions division and for third-party clients.
John-Paul has been with Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions since January 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his MBA in Finance/Real Estate from The American University in Washington, DC. Prior work experience includes 9 years of commercial real estate brokerage and underwriting experience in Chicago, IL.
