Josh began his career with Quicken Loans where he spent more than two and a half years working as a Mortgage Loan Officer handling purchase transactions. He transitioned to the wholesale side of mortgage lending as an Account Executive with Caliber Home Loans where he managed independent mortgage brokers across the United States and funded over $250 million of residential loan closings during his three and a half years with the company.
After six years of experience in sales and mortgages, Josh decided he was looking to further expand his and decided to pursue his passion for commercial real estate.
Josh received his degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University where he graduated in 2016 majoring in Finance.
